These terms apply when you use the Relay website or ask to join Relay. By joining you confirm you have read them.

1. Who can join

You must be 13 or over. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must know you are joining, and you should not buy anything without their permission. Asking to join does not guarantee access. Every account is checked by hand and stays locked until we approve it, which can take up to 1 business day. We can decline or end access at any time.

2. What Relay does

Relay lists suppliers, distributors and marketplaces and helps you search and compare listings. We link you to their own websites. We do not sell vendors' products, we do not ship anything, we do not take payments from you, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a vendor or marketplace.

The Invest tab shows market information only. You cannot buy or sell in Relay, and broker links open independent companies' websites that we are not affiliated with. Stock, index, forex and commodity figures are samples, and crypto prices come from a third party and may be delayed or wrong. The Help tab shows videos made by other people, which we do not control or endorse. The Ask tab is an AI helper that runs on an AI account you connect. It can be wrong and does not give personal financial, legal or tax advice. Nothing in Relay is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Investing involves risk and you can lose money.

3. Third-party vendors and marketplaces

• Vendors, distributors, marketplaces and deal listings shown in Relay belong to independent companies. They are not affiliated with Relay and do not endorse it.
• "Hot" and "Recommended" labels are Relay's own picks to help you get started. They are not paid placements and not customer reviews. We do not vet or guarantee any vendor.
• Prices, stock and listings are set by the sellers and can change at any time. Always check details on the seller's own site before you buy.
• Your purchases are governed by the seller's terms. Do your own checks on any vendor before ordering.

4. How Relay is paid

Relay is free to join and use. We may earn a commission if you buy through some links (affiliate links). This costs you nothing extra. Where a link is an affiliate link, we will say so clearly on the site. Commission does not change the price you pay and does not decide which vendors we list.

5. No income promises

Your results depend on your effort, your products, your prices, market conditions and many other things. We do not guarantee any level of sales, profit or income.

6. Your account

• Keep your access link and code private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not use Relay to find or sell illegal, counterfeit or unsafe goods, to mislead buyers, or to break the rules of any marketplace.
• Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site.

7. Your responsibilities if you resell

If you resell products you find through Relay, you are an independent seller, not an employee or agent of Relay. You are responsible for following the law that applies to you, including consumer, tax and marketplace rules, and for paying any taxes you owe.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Relay is not liable for losses from your dealings with vendors, marketplaces or buyers, or for lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

9. Ending

You can stop using Relay at any time and ask us to delete your data. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
